We want you to be fully satisfied with your Cernucci purchase, which is why we offer a 28-day return window for all jewelry and apparel. Please ensure items are unworn, in their original packaging, and with all security tags still attached.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original Cernucci branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
